Mit euren Tickets bekommt ihr Bändchen, die euch bemächtigen, durch den Künstlereingang das Gelände zu verlassen und wieder zu betreten. Der Eingang befindet sich an der Straßenecke Campus Boulevard und Steinbachstraße.
Kommt nach Ankunft an den bluebird Stand und/oder ruft uns an (siehe Unterpunkt Kontaktmöglichkeit), wir bringen euch zu eurem Stand.
Unter dem Punkt Festivalgelände seht ihr, wo sich der CCT.square befindet.

With your tickets, you will receive wristbands that authorize you to leave and re-enter the site through the artist entrance. The entrance is located at the corner of Campus Boulevard and Steinbachstraße.
After your arrival, please come to the bluebird stand and/or call us (see the “Contact Information” section); we will bring you to your booth.
Under the “Festival Grounds” section, you can see where the CCT.square is located.

Das Zahlungsmittel auf dem Festival sind Jetons.
Diese können vor Ort bar oder mit der Karte gekauft werden. Kartenzahlung ist auch an manchen Ständen möglich.
In der Verpflegungspauschale sind pro Ticket 25€ an Jetons enthalten. Diese teilen wir euch an eurem ersten Festivaltag aus.

The festival uses tokens as the form of payment.
These can be purchased on-site with cash or card. Card payment is also possible at some stalls.
The catering fee includes €25 worth of tokens per ticket. These will be handed out to you on your first day of the festival.

Kernzeit des CCT.square: Festivalöffnung bis 19:30 Uhr
Wir empfehlen daher auch eine Standbesetzung bis ca. 19:30 Uhr. Aber auch danach wird noch einiges los sein – gerne dürft ihr auch länger bleiben. Ein “Rückbau” des CCT.square bzw. das Schließen der Zelte ist bis zum Start der Headliner jeweils gegen 20.30 Uhr vorgesehen.

Core hours of CCT.square: from festival opening until 7:30 p.m.
We therefore recommend staffing your booth until approximately 7:30 p.m. However, there will still be plenty happening after that – you are welcome to stay longer. A “dismantling” of CCT.square and the closing of the tents is planned for around 8:30 p.m., before the start of the headliners.

Ihr seid herzlich eingeladen zu unserem Community Warm Up! Wir starten damit jeden Festivaltag. Dazu treffen wir uns zu Beginn auf dem Marktplatz Mittelpunkt. Wir möchten gemeinsam ankommen, Informationen teilen, Fragen klären, Community- & Team Building Activities durchführen. Hier habt ihr auch die erste, große Chance spannende Aachener Talente kennenzulernen und Kontakt zu tollen Initiativen und Projekten aufzubauen. Seid dabei!

You are warmly invited to our Community Warm-up! We begin each festival day with this. We meet at the beginning at the central market square. Together, we want to arrive, share information, clarify questions, and carry out community and team-building activities. This is also your first great opportunity to get to know exciting talents from Aachen and to build connections with great initiatives and projects. Join us!
Time: 30 minutes before visitor entry each day.

Der CCT.square bleibt in diesem Jahr in der Mitte des Festivals – zu erkennen an den grau unterlegten Bereichen. Die helllila Rechtecke stellen die Gemeinschaftszelte dar. Die roten sechseckigen Flächen stellen unsere Stretchzelte dar, die für Fun Area, CCT.stage und interaktives Programm vorgesehen sind. Zentral gelegen ist der CCT.square dieses Jahr im Mittelpunkt zwischen den Stages und dem Food Court (links unten im Bild)
Die Mainstage befindet sich im linken oberen Eck.
Die second Stage liegt unten am Gelände und die dritte Stage findet man ganz oben rechts.

The CCT.square will remain in the center of the festival this year — recognizable by the grey-shaded areas. The light purple rectangles represent the community tents. The red hexagonal areas represent our stretch tents, which are designated for the fun area, the CCT stage, and the interactive program. Centrally located, the CCT.square is this year at the heart of the festival, between the stages and the food court (bottom left in the image).
The Main Stage is located in the upper left corner.
The Second Stage is at the bottom of the festival grounds, and the Third Stage can be found at the very top right.

Auf dem CCT.square schaffen wir eine offene Marktplatz-Struktur und Themencluster, die Vernetzung zwischen Unternehmen, Startups und Initiativen fördert.
Die Stände sind in großen Gemeinschaftszelten untergebracht, diese verfügen über Holzböden, Beleuchtung und Stromanschluss.
Standgrößen:
- Unternehmen 20qm
- Initiativen 3qm (1 Biertisch)
- Juniorstand 10qm
- Gemeinschaftsstand 30qm (pro UN 5qm)
Möblierung ist nicht enthalten*, außer sie ist extra gebucht worden. Es ist möglich eine Bierzeltgarnitur für 50€ zu mieten.
Bei Interesse oder Bedarf an anderen “Möbeln”, kommt gerne auf uns zu.

At the CCT.square, we create an open marketplace structure and thematic clusters that promote networking between companies, startups, and initiatives.
The booths are located in large community tents equipped with wooden floors, lighting, and power supply.
Booth Sizes:
- Companies: 20 sqm
- Initiatives: 3 sqm (1 beer table)
- Junior Booth: 10 sqm
- Community Booth: 30 sqm (5 sqm per company)
Furniture is not included*, unless it has been booked separately. It is possible to rent a beer tent set for €50.
If you are interested in or require other types of “furniture”, please feel free to contact us.

DATEN FÜR 2026 KOMMEN ASAP / DATA FOR 2026 FOLLOW ASAP
Für die PKWs von Ausstellern stehen Parkplätze im Parkhaus neben dem Festivalgelände zur Verfügung. Die oberen beiden Etagen sind reserviert. Zufahrt über die Steinbachstraße. Die Zufahrt wird bewacht, bitte weist euch beim dortigen Sicherheitspersonal mit dem vorab zugeschickten Carpass aus.
Ihr habt noch keinen Carpass, meldet euch gern bei mir gies@bluebird.ac

Parking spaces are available for exhibitors’ cars in the parking garage next to the festival grounds. The top two levels are reserved. Access is via Steinbachstraße. The entrance is monitored; please identify yourself to the security staff on site using the car pass that was sent to you in advance.

Die CCT.square Organisation und die KIMIKO Festivalorganisation übernehmen keine Haftung bei Diebstahl oder Verlust.

The site, technical equipment, tents, stages, and inventory will be guarded by security personnel during the day and every night from Wednesday, 10/06/26 to Monday, 15/06/26.
The CCT.square organization and the KIMIKO festival organization assume no liability for theft or loss.

Jeder Stand hat eine Stromversorgung. Braucht ihr aber viele Steckplätze, empfehlen wir, ein Verlängerungskabel und Mehrfachsteckdosen mitzubringen.
Markiert eure mitgebrachten Dinge bitte mit einem Namensschild/Label.
Bitte meldet große Stromfresser bei uns an, dann schauen wir was möglich ist. (Wasserkocher, Popcornmaschine etc.)

Each stand has access to electricity. However, if you need multiple power outlets, we recommend bringing an extension cord and power strips.
Please label your own equipment with a name tag/label.
Please register any high-power devices with us in advance so we can see what is possible (e.g., kettles, popcorn machines, etc.).

Die gebuchten Tickets* für die Mitarbeitenden werden via E-Mail im Vorhinein als E-Tickets an unseren Hauptkontakt verschickt. Diese können ausgedruckt oder digital genutzt werden.
Die Verpflegungspauschale von 25€, bekommt ihr in Jetons vor Ort auf dem Festival ausgeteilt.
*Im Regelfall erhaltet ihr pro Festivaltag drei personenunabhängige Tagestickets. Ausnahmen bilden extra Buchungen oder Sonderfälle.
