Pro Initiative oder Projekt wird eine halbe Bierzeltgarnitur gestellt – sprich ihr teilt euch eine mit einer zweiten Initiative oder Projekt.

Am besten wäre es, ihr könntet eine eigene Garnitur mitbringen. Leihen kann man diese oft über Fachschaften, Vereine oder Clubs.
Für die Verschönerung des Standes, würden wir uns freuen wenn jede*r eine Tischdecke für den Tisch mitbringen könnte.

Bitte bringt euch eigene Verlängerungskabel, Werkzeug, Kabelbinder (…)  mit, wir können diese leider nicht zur Verfügung stellen!

Wir bereiten den Aufbau soweit vor und ihr müsst dann nur noch eure “Stände” beziehen. Alle Stände werden sich in einem überdachten Zeltbereich befinden.

Bitte bringt eine Kiste (o.ä.) mit, in der ihr abends eure Ausstellungsstücke, Give Aways, etc. einlagern könnt.

Denkt bitte daran: Wir möchten so papierfrei wie möglich sein!

Der square wird nachts geschlossen – zudem gibt es noch Sicherheitspersonal – jedoch empfehlen wir dringend Wertgegenstände mitzunehmen und am Folgetag wieder mitzubringen.

Bitte labelt eure mitgebrachten Sachen mit euren Namen oder dem Namen eures Projekts!

Each initiative or project will be provided with half of a beer table set (table + bench), meaning you will share it with another initiative or project.

Ideally, you could bring your own beer table set if possible. These can often be borrowed from student associations, clubs, or other organizations.
To help make the booth more welcoming, we would also appreciate it if everyone could bring a tablecloth for the table.

Please bring your own extension cords, tools, cable ties, etc., as unfortunately we cannot provide these.

We will prepare the general setup in advance, so you will only need to move into and arrange your booth. All booths will be located in a covered tent area.

Please bring a box or crate (or similar) where you can store your exhibition items, giveaways, etc. overnight.

Please keep in mind: we want to keep things as paper-free as possible.

The Square will be closed at night, and there will also be security personnel on site. However, we strongly recommend taking valuable items with you and bringing them back the next day.

Please label all items you bring with your name or the name of your project.
