Kernzeit des CCT.square: Festivalöffnung bis 19:30 Uhr
Wir empfehlen daher auch eine Standbesetzung bis ca. 19:30 Uhr. Aber auch danach wird noch einiges los sein – gerne dürft ihr auch länger bleiben. Ein “Rückbau” des CCT.square bzw. das Schließen der Zelte ist bis zum Start der Headliner jeweils gegen 20.30 Uhr vorgesehen.

Core hours of CCT.square: from festival opening until 7:30 p.m.
We therefore recommend staffing your booth until approximately 7:30 p.m. However, there will still be plenty happening after that – you are welcome to stay longer. A “dismantling” of CCT.square and the closing of the tents is planned for around 8:30 p.m., before the start of the headliners.

We kick off every festival day with this event. We’ll meet at the central marketplace at the beginning of each day. The warm-up is designed to arrive together, share information, answer questions, and participate in community & team-building activities.
Time: 30 minutes before visitor entry each day.

Der CCT.square bleibt in diesem Jahr in der Mitte des Festivals – zu erkennen an den grau unterlegten Bereichen. Die helllila Rechtecke stellen die Gemeinschaftszelte dar. Die roten sechseckigen Flächen stellen unsere Stretchzelte dar, die für Fun Area, CCT.stage und interaktives Programm vorgesehen sind. Zentral gelegen ist der CCT.square dieses Jahr im Mittelpunkt zwischen den Stages und dem Food Court (links unten im Bild)
Die Mainstage befindet sich im linken oberen Eck.
Die second Stage liegt unten am Gelände und die dritte Stage findet man ganz oben rechts.

The CCT.square will remain in the center of the festival this year — recognizable by the grey-shaded areas. The light purple rectangles represent the community tents. The red hexagonal areas represent our stretch tents, which are designated for the fun area, the CCT stage, and the interactive program. Centrally located, the CCT.square is this year at the heart of the festival, between the stages and the food court (bottom left in the image).
The Main Stage is located in the upper left corner.
The Second Stage is at the bottom of the festival grounds, and the Third Stage can be found at the very top right.

Pro Initiative oder Projekt wird eine halbe Bierzeltgarnitur gestellt – sprich ihr teilt euch eine mit einer zweiten Initiative oder Projekt.
Am besten wäre es, ihr könntet eine eigene Garnitur mitbringen. Leihen kann man diese oft über Fachschaften, Vereine oder Clubs.
Für die Verschönerung des Standes, würden wir uns freuen wenn jede*r eine Tischdecke für den Tisch mitbringen könnte.
Bitte bringt euch eigene Verlängerungskabel, Werkzeug, Kabelbinder (…) mit, wir können diese leider nicht zur Verfügung stellen!
Wir bereiten den Aufbau soweit vor und ihr müsst dann nur noch eure “Stände” beziehen. Alle Stände werden sich in einem überdachten Zeltbereich befinden.
Bitte bringt eine Kiste (o.ä.) mit, in der ihr abends eure Ausstellungsstücke, Give Aways, etc. einlagern könnt.
Denkt bitte daran: Wir möchten so papierfrei wie möglich sein!
Der square wird nachts geschlossen – zudem gibt es noch Sicherheitspersonal – jedoch empfehlen wir dringend Wertgegenstände mitzunehmen und am Folgetag wieder mitzubringen.
Bitte labelt eure mitgebrachten Sachen mit euren Namen oder dem Namen eures Projekts!

Each initiative or project will be provided with half of a beer table set (table + bench), meaning you will share it with another initiative or project.
Ideally, you could bring your own beer table set if possible. These can often be borrowed from student associations, clubs, or other organizations.
To help make the booth more welcoming, we would also appreciate it if everyone could bring a tablecloth for the table.
Please bring your own extension cords, tools, cable ties, etc., as unfortunately we cannot provide these.
We will prepare the general setup in advance, so you will only need to move into and arrange your booth. All booths will be located in a covered tent area.
Please bring a box or crate (or similar) where you can store your exhibition items, giveaways, etc. overnight.
Please keep in mind: we want to keep things as paper-free as possible.
The Square will be closed at night, and there will also be security personnel on site. However, we strongly recommend taking valuable items with you and bringing them back the next day.
Please label all items you bring with your name or the name of your project.

Schichtbetrieb, was heißt das?
Schicht 1:
Festivalöffnung bis 16:00 Uhr
Schicht 2:
16:00 Uhr bis Ende des Tages
Wir helfen dann beim Schichtwechsel und halten Bändchen für die zweite Schicht parat. (genauer Ablauf wird per Mail kommuniziert)
Es können alle drei ausgetauscht werden, müssen aber nicht.

We provide three tickets per initiative per festival day. However, you are welcome to sign up for the shift system if more people from your team would like to participate. Please send us an email at participation@kimiko-festival.de.
What does the shift system mean?
Shift 1:
From the festival opening until 4:00 PM
Shift 2:
4:00 PM until the end of the day
We will assist with the shift change and provide wristbands for the second shift. (The exact procedure will be communicated by email.)
All three participants can be exchanged during the shift change, but it is not required.

Das Gelände, Technik, Zelte, Bühnen und Inventar werden tagsüber und in jeder Nacht ab Mittwoch, 10.06.26 bis Montag, 15.06.26 durch Sicherheitspersonal bewacht.
Die CCT.square Organisation und die KIMIKO Festivalorganisation übernehmen keine Haftung bei Diebstahl oder Verlust.

The site, technical equipment, tents, stages, and inventory will be guarded by security personnel during the day and every night from Wednesday, 10/06/26 to Monday, 15/06/26.
The CCT.square organization and the KIMIKO festival organization assume no liability for theft or loss.

Jeder Stand hat eine Stromversorgung. Braucht ihr aber viele Steckplätze, empfehlen wir, ein Verlängerungskabel und Mehrfachsteckdosen mitzubringen.
Markiert eure mitgebrachten Dinge bitte mit einem Namensschild/Label.
Bitte meldet große Stromfresser bei uns an, dann schauen wir was möglich ist. (Wasserkocher, Popcornmaschine etc.)

Each stand has access to electricity. However, if you need multiple power outlets, we recommend bringing an extension cord and power strips.
Please label your own equipment with a name tag/label.
Please register any high-power devices with us in advance so we can see what is possible (e.g., kettles, popcorn machines, etc.).

Jede Initiative oder Projekt erhält drei personenunabhängige Bändchen pro Festivaltag.
Die Bändchen werden bei der Begehung des Geländes übergeben oder ihr könnt sie am Ticket Help Desk abholen.
Ihr kommt über den Haupteingang auf das Festivalgelände.
Festival Bändchen ermöglichen es das Gelände zu verlassen und wieder aufs Gelände drauf zu kommen.

Each initiative or project will receive three wristbands per festival day, which are not tied to specific people.
The wristbands will be handed out during the site walkthrough or can be collected at the Ticket Help Desk.
You will enter the festival site via the main entrance.
Festival wristbands allow you to leave the site and re-enter as needed.
