Am besten wäre es, ihr könntet eine eigene Garnitur mitbringen. Leihen kann man diese oft über Fachschaften, Vereine oder Clubs. Für die Verschönerung des Standes, würden wir uns freuen wenn jede*r eine Tischdecke für den Tisch mitbringen könnte. Bitte bringt euch eigene Verlängerungskabel, Werkzeug, Kabelbinder (...) mit, wir können diese leider nicht zur Verfügung stellen! Wir bereiten den Aufbau soweit vor und ihr müsst dann nur noch eure “Stände” beziehen. Alle Stände werden sich in einem überdachten Zeltbereich befinden. Bitte bringt eine Kiste (o.ä.) mit, in der ihr abends eure Ausstellungsstücke, Give Aways, etc. einlagern könnt. Denkt bitte daran: Wir möchten so papierfrei wie möglich sein! Der square wird nachts geschlossen - zudem gibt es noch Sicherheitspersonal - jedoch empfehlen wir dringend Wertgegenstände mitzunehmen und am Folgetag wieder mitzubringen. Die Bändchen werden bei der Begehung des Geländes übergeben oder ihr könnt sie am Ticket Help Desk abholen. Ihr kommt über den Haupteingang auf das Festivalgelände.
